1. Service
CAR Viewer provides map visualization and related tools for rural environmental registry (CAR / SICAR) data and complementary layers. The service is offered for informational and professional use subject to these terms.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape data at abusive rates.
3. Data sources
Map and registry information may originate from public sources such as SICAR and other providers. Data can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify critical decisions with official sources and qualified professionals. Inkognita Maps does not replace official SICAR consultation or legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: overload or attack the service; share login credentials; bypass security or rate limits; redistribute bulk downloads in violation of applicable law or third-party terms; or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Plans and payments
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Payment processing may be handled by third parties (e.g. Mercado Pago). Refunds follow the rules stated at purchase time and applicable consumer law.
6. Privacy
We process account data (email, usage, billing references) to operate the service, send login/verification emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data. Access logs and rate-limit records may be kept for security.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkognita Maps is not liable for decisions made solely on map/export output, temporary outages, or third-party data errors.
